I met Michael on my day off.  I'd heard about him for a long long time, so I was curious.  I'm quite an anxious type of person at the best of times so was a little nervous beforehand.  

I was also keen to meet at my home near Basingstoke, Hampshire.  I wasn't sure he would travel that far but he was totally open to it.  No problem at all.  And his rate was the same as in London plus train fare.  A really nice surprise!

We had lunch together beforehand at home - that was a cool way to get to know him and relax together.  He insisted that our 2 hours together wouldn't start until after lunch.  Another cool surprise!
